"Found black spots under the bathroom vanity after our slow drip went unnoticed for a month. Vincent did the IICRC inspection, sent samples to EMSL, and the report came back with exactly what we needed for insurance. Remediation took three days with negative-air containment. Third-party clearance came back clean."

"We were buying a 1920s Uptown shotgun and the seller's disclosure mentioned a roof leak from 2019. Crescent City did a pre-purchase mold inspection, found nothing actionable, and gave us a written clearance our lender accepted. Closed without a hitch. Worth every penny."

"Post-Katrina house, musty smell in the back bedroom for years. Two other companies wanted to tear out the whole wall. Vincent did the infrared moisture mapping, found a tiny window flashing leak, and the remediation was targeted — not destructive. Smell gone, air samples clear."

Crescent City Mold Pros was founded by Vincent Boudreaux, IICRC AMRT and WRT certified, after a decade of post-Katrina remediation work taught him a hard truth: companies that pass their own clearance testing are a conflict of interest. Vincent built his shop on independent third-party verification, EMSL lab partnerships, and IICRC S520 standards. We work to the standard, not to the upsell.
"Inspect honestly. Remediate to IICRC standards. Always let an independent inspector clear the work."

Payment Options
Mold remediation shouldn't mean a financial shock on top of a health concern. We offer flexible financing on full remediation, post-flood drying, and large inspection projects — so you can get the work done now and pay over time.
The questions clients ask before they pick up the phone.
$349 for a standard residential inspection up to 2,500 sqft, including 2 air samples and lab analysis. Larger homes and commercial buildings priced on the call. Remediation is quoted after we know what's there — we never quote remediation before testing.
Because the company that did the remediation passing their own work is a conflict of interest — and a major insurance flag. Independent post-remediation verification is the standard the IICRC recommends, and it's what gets your insurance claim closed cleanly.
It depends on the cause. Sudden water events (burst pipe, washing machine failure, roof leak) are usually covered — including resulting mold. Slow leaks and humidity-driven mold often aren't. We document the cause carefully so your claim has the best chance.
